We’re a small, deeply motivated team of clinicians, scientists, and technologists building the next generation of cancer-care infrastructure. Our first product launches this year, and we’re looking for a nurse who wants to be part of the founding story.

About the Job

We’re seeking an Oncology Nurse who’s ready to expand beyond the bedside—someone who still values direct patient connection but wants to drive system-level change. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with our founders to design, test, and deliver new models of patient engagement and clinical quality.

What You'll Do:

• Shape patient experience: Partner with our product and engineering teams to translate clinical realities into empathetic, evidence-based design.

• Stay connected to patients: Conduct patient education and follow-up for early users of Radical’s diagnostic platform.

• Establish clinical excellence: Build and document care protocols, quality standards, and compliance frameworks for future growth.

• Bridge clinic and innovation: Act as the clinical voice in product testing, research collaborations, and pilot programs.

• Grow with the company: As Radical scales, you’ll help recruit, mentor, and lead the next generation of nurses working at the intersection of oncology and technology.

Requirements/ Bonus Points

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Hold an active RN license (OCN certification preferred).

• Have 3+ years of oncology experience and a deep empathy for patients and families.

• Are energized by innovation and want to use your skills to improve cancer care beyond your own caseload.

• Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, startup environments.

• Are based in—or excited to relocate to—San Francisco, CA for close collaboration with the founding team.
