Project Manager School Construction

In this role you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the modular building/school construction industry.
- Manage construction projects and generate accurate and timely construction documentation
- Work with architect submitting/obtaining DSA approvals
- Generate estimates and change order requests
- Ability to generate and review submittals Requests for Information (RFIs) closeouts project scheduling
- Purchasing ensure material orders meet production schedules
Requirement
- Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience 2-5 Years of experience in construction industry
- Modular Building Construction; School Construction a plus
- Familiarity with CAD Revit MS Office MS Project or Bluebeam
The role is direct hire with full benefits
Onsite Temecula
Pay range $75000 - $95000
