Cust Contract Admin Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities
- Write technical responses for IT and technical questions from RFPs, contracts, customer queries, and security audits.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical SMEs and Global Marketing teams.
- Provide technical training to support MMS solutions and product releases.
- Ensure product security white papers and technical details are current and complete.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce customer-centric, strategic responses for proposals and sales enablement activities.
Experience Required
- Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Technical IT training.
- Knowledge of BD MMS products preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing priorities to meet deadlines.
Skills & Certifications
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to assimilate technical information into customer-facing responses.
- Strong project management skills.
- Customer-centric perspective and a desire to assist and support.
Eligibilities & qualifications
