Paralegal LA (Century City)

What You’ll Do

• Serve as primary liaison among attorneys, courts, experts and other third parties.

• Review, organize and maintain voluminous case materials in both state and federal matters.

• Conduct case-related legal research and investigate facts as needed.

• Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and interrogatories/answers.

• Coordinate collection, review and production of documents and e-discovery.

• Assist with deposition prep, pre-trial investigations and full trial logistics (exhibits, witness binders, demonstratives).

• Calendar and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations and other key events to keep litigation on track.

What You Bring

• 6 + years of paralegal experience with a heavy litigation focus.

• Associate’s degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies (preferred).

• Working knowledge of state and federal court rules and e-filing systems.

• Experience in first-party property-insurance litigation is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, document-management and client-management platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.
