Technical Customer Deployment Engineer (6+ Years Experience)

As a Technical Customer Deployment Engineer , you will be at the forefront of ensuring customers successfully onboard and integrate our solutions. Collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams , you will guide customers through integration, validate system functionality, and troubleshoot deployment-related challenges. You will serve as the primary technical contact for deployment-related issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting system configurations. To enhance scalability, you will develop automation scripts and tools that streamline processes. Working with cloud-based applications and networking technologies, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers fully leverage the product’s capabilities. Occasionally, this role may require flexible or extended hours to support critical customer needs.
You Are an Ideal Candidate If You Have:
- 5+ years experience in a production software engineering environment or relevant work experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles, working closely with Sales, PMs, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Strong understanding and troubleshooting skills related to network connectivity, configurations, integrations, and managing metadata.
- Familiar with AWS cloud-based applications and services.
- Experience with Python scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Nagios, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
