IT Program Coordinator - Construction
You'll Be Working On Large-Scale, High Impact Technology Initiatives in Your Community
You'll support a portfolio of projects involving enterprise technology deployments such as network infrastructure, communications systems, security platforms, and end-user technology rollouts across a complex environment.
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities across multiple active initiatives-tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders aligned
- Own project documentation and reporting , including schedules, status updates, risk tracking, and executive-ready materials
- Act as a central liaison between technical teams, vendors, and program leadership to resolve issues and keep projects moving on time and within scope
Qualifications
- 3+ years coordinating IT projects or programs with demonstrated experience in Networking and project documentation for large capital projects, public sector or highly regulated environments.
- Proficient with project scheduling tools
- Experience or working knowledge of IT Project Management practices, including Agile or PMBOK fundamentals (CAPM/PMP a plus).
- Hands-on or coordination experience with VoIP, CCTV, AV systems, wireless deployments, and server infrastructure.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders.
A Plus if you Have
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent technical/PM credentials are a plus.
- Education: Associate degree or greater in IT, Information Systems, or related field required
