Senior Employment Associate (Wage & Hour / Class Action) Hybrid (LA/Bay Area) or 100% Remote (CA Licensed)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Litigation: Manage a diverse caseload of 30–50 employment and wage-and-hour class action cases.

  • Command the Room: Take and defend depositions and spearhead trial preparation.

  • Write the Narrative: Draft high-level briefs and legal arguments that move the needle.

  • Mentor & Manage: Oversee junior associates and support staff to ensure excellence across your team.

What You Bring to the Table
  • The Credentials: 4–8 years of experience in Plaintiff-side Employment Law (specific focus on Wage & Hour and Class Actions).

  • The License: Must hold an active California Bar license .

  • The Pen: Exceptional writing skills (we will request two writing samples/briefs).

  • The "Plus": Experience in Securities litigation is a major advantage.
