Jr. Account Executive, OOH

Position Summary
The Junior Account Executive will assist and support the operations of the Account Management team, specifically the Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, and Managers on a daily basis. Qualified candidates must have an eagerness to learn and develop a good understanding of the overall sector and industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist account managers with pulling together proposals and become proficient with Rapport planning processes and tools to deliver on client objectives
- Develop proficiency in key media measurement tools (ie. Geopath) to deliver effective campaigns and fulfill client needs
- Gather production specs, issue posting instructions, and put together proof of performance documents
- Build an understanding of the financial/operations framework to effectively work with the finance team on billing requests
- Attend weekly vendor meetings and become an expert on all OOH formats currently available
- Begin building relationships with agency and vendor partners, including scheduling calls and meetings
- Be knowledgeable of all Mediabrands Specialty Business Units (SBUs) and their specific area of expertise
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 0 to 1 years’ experience within media or related fields preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a readiness to work in a collaborative environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Superior attention to detail and quantitative skills
- Eagerness to learn and receptive to constructive feedback

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
