Bank Operations Specialist
Seeking a Bank Operations Specialist with 5+ years of banking experience (8+ years for Officer level) to oversee branch operations, mentor staff, and help drive growth. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on branch performance while ensuring outstanding client service and compliance.
What You’ll Do:• Lead daily branch operations — scheduling staff, approving transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Train, coach, and support team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee account services including new account openings, teller functions, callbacks, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure branch security, operational reporting, and certifications are accurate and timely.
• Partner with the Branch Manager on business development, customer retention, and promotional activities.
• Motivate and develop staff, set team goals, and recognize high performance. What We’re Looking For:
• Specialist Level: 5+ years of banking experience (including 2+ years in operations and supervision)
• Officer Level: 8+ years of banking experience (including 4+ years in operations and supervision)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
