Location: 600 Sequoia Pacific Blvd Sacramento, CA 95811 Position: Full-Time Reports to: Operations Manager FLSA: Non-Exempt

Summary:

Contribute to the operational effectiveness of the division by providing excellent customer service in the areas of product receiving, order fulfillment in the warehouse and making deliveries when required. This position does not require a CDL license . This is a Safety Sensitive position and is subject to the state laws and regulations. The hours are 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

· Warehouse Operations:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store inventory in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery or shipping.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Delivery Duties:

• Load delivery vehicles with products, ensuring secure and damage-free transport.
• Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Obtain delivery confirmations and customer signatures as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns during delivery.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

· Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and participating in warehouse inventory audits.
• Support other departments with tasks as needed, such as helping with in-store operations or special projects.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and legal regulations during all operations.
• Qualifications:
• Excellent driving record and valid medical card required.
• One year of work experience driving a box truck and one year of work experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows.

• • Customer service oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to communicate at all levels of organization and with employees of other companies and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
  • Ability to read and follow a road map.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision. Ability to meet company and regulatory driving record requirements.
  • Basic math, understanding of measuring systems, and basic reading and writing skills.
  • Ability to move stock using a hand truck or pallet jack.
  • Ability to operate lift equipment, reach trucks, etc.
• Working Conditions:
  • Warehouse, customer location, and truck cab environment.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds or more waist high frequently and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis with team lift.
  • Subject to extremes in weather and traffic conditions.
  • Overtime available.
