Job Description:

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatrist looking to make a positive impact with a non-profit in the East Hollywood area? We are currently seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to join our team in a contract-to-hire position. This is an excellent opportunity for recent residency graduates to gain valuable experience while making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment services to patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Offer guidance and support to patients and their families.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences.
• Stay current with developments in the field of psychiatry.

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Completed a psychiatry residency program.
• possess a valid state medical license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion and empathy for patients.
