Product Manager - Remote - WFH -

Are you passionate about innovation, growth strategies, and digital sales & marketing? Do you have experience in developing new products and services, particularly in the fintech space? We're seeking a Product Manager to lead the discovery, development, and implementation of services designed to help financial advisors grow their businesses and provide financial guidance to more people.

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for creating disruptive solutions that will improve lead generation and conversion for financial advisors. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to test and refine ideas, turning visions into fully operational services.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the Product Vision: Partner with service designers and strategists to define and shape the product's vision, business model, pricing strategy, investment requirements, and operations.
Lead Service Discovery: Engage with financial advisors to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the product meets their needs.
Run Pilots & A/B Testing: Design and execute pilots with different cohorts, track results, and use data-driven insights to refine features and operations.
Analyze & Create Business Cases: Conduct pricing and unit economics analyses, building a strong business case for the services.
Build a Cross-Functional Team: Lead a team from the discovery phase through to full product launch, collaborating with strategists, designers, business operations, and analysts.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work with senior leaders to share progress, articulate the product vision, and collaborate on key business decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business/product management, strategy consulting, or a similar field, with a focus on corporate strategy, innovation, and new product development.
1-2 years of experience in Digital Sales & Marketing, particularly lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree (MBA, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategy, or equivalent).
Experience in sales processes, funnel optimization, and both inbound and outbound marketing.
2+ years of experience in a fast-growing company, particularly with scaling offerings to market.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to distill data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with Lean Start-up methodology.
Experience designing and launching new business models, products, and services that drive strategic growth.
Experience with human-centered design and facilitating collaborative workshops.
Knowledge or passion for financial services and fintech, with a desire to make financial guidance accessible to a broader audience.
