SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Coordinator will assist the off site Direct to Consumer teams (E-Commerce and Wine Club) in driving the growth of the wine club and eCommerce businesses for the wineries. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a consistent, timely and professional manner with all customers and timely resolution of customer issues. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to all inbound consumer phone calls and email with the highest level of customer service.
- Work with consumers, as well as Wine Club team, Direct Sales team and Tasting Room staff, to address general business inquires, consumer concerns, wine purchases, address corrections, inventory returns, replacement orders and refunds.
- Assist Wine Club team with planning and executing club shipment and will call program
- Maintain consumer database including: data entry of new customer information, customer updates, and database clean-up.
- Work with Tasting Room staff in selling wine and wine club to guests on property as needed, including at wine club and tasting room events.
- Answer consumer questions about wines, events and tasting room experiences.
- Maintain and query data in software systems including: Salesforce, WineDirect, ShipCompliant, and others.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-2 years related experience in an administrative or customer service role, or similar experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule including occasional weekends and evenings.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
WAGE TRANSPARENCY: The base pay for this role ranges from $23.20 - $29.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
