Position Overview
We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead and scale our product marketing function for DataVisor’s fraud and AML (FRAML) platform. This leader will set the vision, strategy, and operating model for Product Marketing, driving clear differentiation in a highly competitive and regulated market.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and rest of the Marketing team to define our go-to-market strategy, craft compelling narratives, and orchestrate high-impact product launches. You will build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, align the organization around the voice of the customer, and ensure our commercial teams are equipped to win.
The ideal candidate has deep experience launching new products and features in B2B SaaS or fintech, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global product marketing strategy across solutions, segments, and industries (e.g., banks, credit unions, fintechs), including positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
- Lead and develop the Product Marketing function, building a high-impact team and defining processes, standards, and best practices for how PMM partners with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Craft compelling product narratives that clearly articulate DataVisor’s differentiated value proposition and strengthen our leadership in fraud, risk, and AML.
- Oversee high-impact product and feature launches, building integrated go-to-market plans that span marketing, sales, and customer success from strategy through execution and post-launch optimization.
- Drive market and competitive intelligence, synthesizing customer insights, buyer behavior, competitive moves, and industry trends to inform product strategy, pricing/packaging, and GTM priorities.
- Lead commercial enablement at scale, ensuring Sales and Customer Success have the content, tools, and training (pitch decks, battlecards, ROI stories, playbooks) to accelerate adoption and revenue.
- Partner with Product leadership to align product roadmaps with customer and market needs, influencing prioritization with data-backed insights and clear business cases.
- Own customer and buyer segmentation and personas, mapping end-to-end buyer journeys and informing targeted campaigns, account-based motions, and vertical plays.
- Define and track PMM success metrics, reporting on the impact of launches, messaging, and enablement on pipeline, win rates, product adoption, and expansion.
- Act as an external evangelist, representing DataVisor at customer meetings, events, webinars, and with analysts and partners, reinforcing our market point of view.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Sales to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent execution across all channels and regions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or product management, with meaningful leadership experience building or leading a Product Marketing or GTM team.
- Proven track record of defining product marketing strategy and successfully launching products and features with measurable business impact on pipeline, revenue, and adoption.
- Deep understanding of customer and buyer journeys in complex, technical environments.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success leadership, influencing roadmap, pricing/packaging, and GTM priorities at the executive level.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for executives and practitioners.
- Highly analytical and strategic, comfortable using data, customer research, and competitive insights to shape strategy and make trade-off decisions.
- Experience building and scaling a PMM function, including hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing team members.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environment, with a strong bias for action and ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience in regulatory technology (RegTech), risk management, or fraud/AML solutions, and familiarity with AI, big data, and cloud-based platforms.
