About the Role

As our Director of Food & Beverage , you will lead all food and beverage operations across the hotel, creating memorable dining experiences while driving financial performance, operational excellence, and team engagement.

This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for guests and team members alike.

Your Impact – Executive Leadership

You will shape the vision, culture, and performance of the Food & Beverage division. Through strong leadership and operational expertise, you will drive revenue growth, cultivate talent, and deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the M Social brand.

What You'll Be DoingLeadership & Ownership
  • Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, lounge, banquets, and in-room dining
  • Drive departmental performance through strategic planning and execution
  • Build and sustain a high-performing, engaged culture focused on service excellence
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the division
Operations & Execution
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and service throughout all outlets
  • Develop and implement innovative concepts and service enhancements
  • Monitor labor, productivity, and operational efficiencies to maximize performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
Guest Experience
  • Deliver exceptional service rooted in a passion for hospitality
  • Create memorable and personalized dining experiences
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with a solutions-focused approach
  • Maintain strong relationships with guests and cultivate loyalty
Team Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Culinary, Sales, Conference Services, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Promote a collaborative and energetic work environment
  • Support a culture built on respect, accountability, and excellence
People Leadership
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and inspire leaders and team members
  • Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and professional development opportunities

Revenue & Business Growth
  • Drive profitability and maximize revenues across all Food & Beverage outlets
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and financial performance metrics
  • Identify trends and opportunities to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on promotions, activations, and special events
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to maintain a competitive position
Compliance & Standards
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Maintain accuracy in reporting, inventory controls, and financial documentation
  • Uphold a culture of accountability and operational excellence

Leadership Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in hotel Food & Beverage operations or related hospitality environments

  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and departmental performance
  • Ability to lead through change, innovation, and operational growth
Technical / Role-Specific Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and service standards
  • Experience managing labor productivity, scheduling, and inventory controls
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost management
  • Experience with POS systems and hospitality technology platforms
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and guest satisfaction
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
