What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and leadership engagements to ensure alignment across global teams and priorities.
  • Logistically supporting and preparing materials for business meetings and leadership events.
  • Facilitating collaboration by coordinating communications, meetings, and follow-ups on key initiatives across regions and business units.
  • Preparing presentations, briefing documents, and supporting materials for executive meetings and internal communications.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense submission, and general executive assistance.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business information and executive materials.
  • Tracking action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings to ensure alignment, execution, and progress toward organizational goals.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of professional administrative or operational support experience.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional executive materials.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain professionalism when supporting senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
  • Experience coordinating leadership meetings, executive communications, and internal events.
