• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to present updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Experience and understanding of the Real Estate / Construction industry.
• Experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Production Manager in an office setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
