Temporary HR Generalist
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.
- Support employee relations initiatives and help resolve workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Coordinate performance management, training, and employee development activities.
- Prepare HR reports, track workforce metrics, and support HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
