Litigation Paralegal - Downtown
Adams & Martin Group is proud to partner with a well ‑ respected boutique law firm in downtown San Diego seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a high ‑ priority matter approaching trial. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail ‑ oriented, proactive paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience, including strong trial preparation skills.
Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to lead trial counsel throughout all phases of litigation
- Draft, review, and manage motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and related documents
- Prepare, format, and submit filings in both state and federal courts
- Maintain and monitor litigation calendars, deadlines, and trial schedules
- Assist with all aspects of trial preparation, including exhibit management, binders, and court submissions
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and internal staff to ensure full trial readiness
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in motions practice, discovery management, and case organization
