Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager
Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager job in San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities:
- Take-over pre-existing projects that our estimating and preconstruction teams have been awarded
- Ensure project is completed safely, on-time, and under budget
- Communicate with General Contractor, Owner, Subcontractors and Vendors
- Submit change-orders and RFI’s
- Track construction schedules and budget
Requirements:
- 4+ years working as a Project Manager for a large, commercial HVAC Construction company
- Local
- Stable work-history
Preferred:
- Prior apprentice/journeyman field knowledge
- Strong technical background working with MS Project, Quickpen/Accubid, MS Excel, and BlueBeam
- Large project experience 2 million+
- Familiar with California Plumbing and HVAC Codes
