Office Assistant Bookkeeper

Direct Hire
Pay Range: $26.00 – $29.00
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR): Process and manage invoices, receipts, and vendor payments.
Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and summarizing financial and data for managers.
Record Maintenance: Keep financial records, documents, and filing systems organized and up-to-date.
Client/Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve financial discrepancies.
Support production, product purchasing, shipping/receiving, and customer service.
Label Printing, ISO maintaining.
Ability to work independently and in a time setting, without much supervision.
Punctual.
Requires basic organizational, accounting and computer skills. These skills can be supplemented with on-the-job training.
The Office Assistant is required to read and understand information as it relates to job responsibilities. This includes procedures and documents that relate directly to the business or to the Office Assistant position.
Quick Books and MS Office knowledge is a must.
The office assistant shall also have the ability to interface with all company personnel.
