Job Description
The primary role of the Logistics Manager will be to oversee the efficient movement of inventory from vendors and distribution centers to Vuori’s customers and retail stores. This role will focus on coordinating shipments, managing communications, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth cross-border operations throughout North America. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, supply chain management, and working with vendors, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
What you'll get to do:
- Oversees cross-border customs compliance and ensures efficient northbound and southbound operations in coordination with internal departments.
- Designs and manages import/export logistics flows in accordance with U.S., Mexican, and international trade regulations.
- Develops and maintains outbound shipping schedules, ensuring timely communication with relevant departments to support customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations of Canadian 3PL to ensure timely and efficient processing of inventory flows and customer order fulfillment
- Manages relationships with parcel carriers, final mile logistics providers, customs brokers, and domestic/international warehouses.
- Controls customs and logistics department expenses and drives continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Oversees Vendor Compliance program to ensure that all orders entering North America from third party vendors and factories are in compliance with Vuori’s guidelines, while implementing chargebacks and other mitigating measures
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or coordination roles, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of North America’s logistics network, trade compliance, and shipping procedures.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $95,000 per year - $115,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
