What You ll Do?

You will play a key role in high-stakes real estate, eminent domain, and public entity-related land acquisition matters. This position offers the chance to develop and lead cases from the ground up including

drafting and arguing dispositive motions, building evidentiary records, interviewing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions.

What We re Looking For:

We re seeking a candidate who brings:

• 3 7 years of relevant litigation experience, with a focus or strong interest in real estate and eminent domain litigation.
• Substantive experience with law and motion practice, particularly dispositive motions.
• Prior exposure to trial preparation, including developing legal strategy, evidence, and witness testimony.
• A background in public entity land acquisition or real estate litigation is strongly preferred.
