Accounts Payable Administrator + Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the Corporate Office while managing the organization’s accounts payable functions. This position serves as the central point of coordination between operations, accounting, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure efficient office management, timely payment processing, accurate financial records, and smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, maintains strict confidentiality, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and possesses strong accounting and administrative skills.
