Community Relations Manager - Entry Level

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Community Relations Manager to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in community outreach, nonprofit partnerships, and brand advocacy .

In this role, you’ll help strengthen our local presence, support impactful community initiatives, and drive projects that create a positive community impact .

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local nonprofits, community leaders, and partner organizations

• Assist in planning and executing community events, sponsorships, and volunteer programs

• Represent the company at public events, networking functions, and outreach initiatives

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure community programs align with brand messaging and business goals

• Respond to public and customer inquiries with professionalism and care

• Track, report, and analyze engagement metrics to measure success and improve outreach strategies

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Personable, outgoing, and confident in public speaking and networking

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Passionate about community building, relationship management, and brand advocacy

• Previous internship, volunteer work, or experience in PR, community outreach, or nonprofit sectors is a plus
