Development Intern
- Tracks construction progress, timelines, and budgets across active projects
- Supports draw request and change order review and documentation
- Coordinates with general contractors, architects, and consultants
- Monitors permitting and entitlement timelines
- Maintains project files, status reports, and documentation
- Assists with due diligence on new development opportunities
- Conducts site visit documentation
- Supports cost comparisons and vendor bid collection
- Must be willing to travel to project sites as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar) a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential
- $35 - $40/hour
- Around June 1, 2026 through summer break
