Compensation: $150,000 $200,000 base + equity (details provided during interview process)

Role Summary

We are hiring 2 junior and 2 senior Software Engineers to design and build foundational infrastructure

for an AI-first enterprise platform. You will collaborate with top-tier engineers in a fast-paced, hands-on

environment. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in highly technical settings and want to help

architect scalable systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend systems and cloud-native services
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop intelligent workflows
• Optimize performance, cost, and maintainability of production code
• Write high-quality, testable, and well-documented code
• Engage in technical discussions and code reviews with a global team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• GPA of 3.6 or higher (must be included in submission)
• Undergraduate degree must be from: A Top 20 U.S. university, or An Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) , If applicable, Masters degree must also be from a Top 20 U.S. university or an IIT
• 2+ years of engineering experience for junior-level applicants
• 5+ years of engineering experience for senior-level applicants
• Proficiency in one or more of: Python, Go, Java, or C++
• Experience with distributed systems, backend development, or infrastructure
• Proven track record of shipping production-quality software

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree from a Top 20 U.S. university or IIT
• Experience at early-stage startups or fast-scaling product companies
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems or enterprise SaaS platforms
