Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Volume: 12-14 patients per day
• Team: Single PT, no tech
• EMR: Prognosis
• Flexibility to float to King City as needed
