Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation. Driving is required.
• Proof of current state-required auto insurance.
• Ability to pass required fingerprint background checks through the California Department of Justice and FBI.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends.

Compensation

Starting pay is $23.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized job coaching and hands-on training to clients with developmental disabilities across diverse work environments.
• Support clients in building vocational skills and increasing their independence in the workplace.
• Monitor and ensure the health and safety of clients at assigned worksites.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including transportation logs, attendance records, job coach notes, and incident or accident reports.
• Adhere to all protocols and procedures specific to each department or program assignment.
• Observe work quality and provide constructive feedback to help clients meet job expectations.
