Classet is currently hiring a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support payroll operations at its Mission Hills location in California. This role focuses on ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance with internal policies, and handling sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in payroll systems and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical. You will be responsible for processing employee wages, reviewing payroll data, and supporting reporting and audit requirements while maintaining organized and reliable payroll records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll using ADP, ensuring accurate calculation of hours, wages, and deductions
• Review and audit payroll data including overtime, bonuses, and adjustments
• Maintain employee payroll records and earnings histories within ADP systems
• Prepare weekly and monthly payroll reports for internal review
• Assist in payroll audits by providing required documentation and records
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all payroll and financial information
• Provide support and professional communication to employees and vendors regarding payroll matters

Requirements:

• Prior experience in payroll processing
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems
• Familiarity with UKG payroll systems is preferred
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
