Basic Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and understanding of system databases, data elements and/or application software solutions to optimize data gathering and analysis.
• Experience in working with data integration and data warehousing solutions
• Proficiency with MS Office tool suite

What You Will Be Doing

Role

In this role you will lead data analytics for the Production Control team in the ADP. Our ideal candidate is someone who can:

• Provide strong and supportive data and metrics to support production and non-production activities
• Understand and anticipate the program’s needs, and drive priorities based on that information
• Maintain and improve interactive data analytics dashboards to measure & improve operations performance
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to communicate insightful information to key stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between the customer and organizations to meet schedule objectives, ensuring that data and metrics are aligned with customer needs
• Present thorough and detailed reports to identify areas of opportunity to drive future decision making
• Perform data validation and maintain integrity of dashboards & databases
• Maintain and optimize current Tableau dashboards
• Develop and automate data pipelines/structures
• Complete Ad-hoc research request from senior leadership
• Generate and document Business processes and procedures
• Active Secret Clearance required to apply

Conducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification. Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems. Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as liaison with business. Works with technical developers and data scientists to define business outcomes and govern capabilities.
