Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager-OnSite for a direct hire opportunity in Reseda, CA. This role is ideal for a property management professional who is comfortable leading onsite operations, supporting residents, maintaining lease compliance, and ensuring the property is well-managed, well-presented, and operating efficiently.

The Property Manager-OnSite will play a key role in daily property performance, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and operational accountability. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily onsite property operations to ensure efficient management, strong resident service, and consistent property performance.
- Lead, support, and hold accountable onsite team members while promoting a professional, service-focused work environment.
- Build and maintain positive resident relationships by responding to concerns, resolving issues, and supporting tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor lease compliance, property policies, documentation, and resident communications to ensure consistent standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and internal teams to support timely repairs, property presentation, and operational needs.
- Contribute to occupancy goals, retention efforts, reporting, and overall property performance through proactive management.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
- Location: Reseda, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage daily onsite property operations, resident relations, and lease compliance.
- Lead onsite staff and coordinate operational priorities to support property performance.
- Maintain property presentation, service standards, and effective communication with residents and vendors.
- Support occupancy, retention, reporting, and overall operational accountability.

- 3 to 5 years of property management experience.
- Experience in real estate, residential property management, or a similar onsite property operations environment.
- Strong understanding of resident relations, lease administration, compliance, and property operations.
- Ability to lead an onsite team with professionalism, accountability, and a service-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail.
- Professional judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to represent the property positively with residents, vendors, and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior onsite property management experience in a residential real estate or multifamily property environment.
- Experience supervising leasing, maintenance, administrative, or resident services team members.
- Familiarity with property management software, resident portals, reporting tools, and standard leasing documentation.
- Proven track record supporting resident satisfaction, lease compliance, occupancy, and property presentation goals.
