Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources

- Develop and maintain data models and databases

- Identify patterns and trends in data to inform business decisions

- Create reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide solutions

- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques

- Participate in data-driven projects and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
