About The Role

As part of the SANY Americas team, we are seeking a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Inventory Specialist – Facilities Coordinator . Backed by the deep investment of SANY Group, the Americas business is positioned for significant growth. A critical part of that growth is adding a high-quality team member who will manage inventory operations while also coordinating facility needs to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional working environment.

This role supports inventory control operations for the Distribution vertical in Yuba City, California, while partnering cross-functionally with Peachtree City operations. In addition, the role serves as the on-site Facilities Coordinator for Yuba City, supporting maintenance, administrative, and compliance needs for the facility.

With current revenues just short of $1B, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management & Control
  • Create, maintain, and update system data for machines, attachments, spare parts, and finished goods
  • Develop and execute daily cycle counts based on ABC inventory classifications
  • Review, reconcile, and resolve inventory variances through system and physical analysis
  • Assist in developing and improving inventory control methods and standardized processes
  • Generate performance reports related to cycle count accuracy and inventory health
  • Leverage ERP systems to analyze transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
  • Maintain and correct item master data, including descriptions, stock numbers, and locations
  • Support order processing teams by identifying and correcting inventory location issues
  • Communicate with operations teams regarding inventory movements, adjustments, and count changes
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts and audits
  • Partner with Accounting during annual audits and support issue resolution as needed
  • Facilities Coordination
  • Serve as Facilities Coordinator for the Yuba City site
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repair needs, including vendor engagement and follow-up
  • Submit, track, and manage facility work orders and service requests
  • Support site safety, compliance, and general upkeep standards
  • Manage office supplies, utilities, and administrative support functions
  • Assist with property-related issues and help maintain a professional, organized work environment for employees and visitors

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working with SAP SD, WMS, or other ERP systems
  • Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis
  • Knowledge of inventory processes and cycle counting methodologies
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and process gaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse inventory operations
  • Experience supporting audits and working directly with accounting teams
  • Familiarity with facilities coordination or office administration in an operational environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • PDI / WAREHOUSE – WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • This role is performed in a warehouse and/or equipment inspection environment. Work involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and working around heavy equipment and machinery. Employees may be required to lift, push, or pull materials and components weighing up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures may occur.
