About the Role

The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, privately held businesses and public companies. You will work closely with partners, oversee complex tax compliance, provide proactive planning advice and help mentor junior members of the tax team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex federal, state and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, trusts and estates.
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory support to high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices and business owners.
• Serve as a key client contact, building strong relationships and delivering practical, high-quality advice.
• Research complex tax matters and communicate clear recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee, review and develop junior tax professionals.
• Work closely with partners on client strategy, engagement management, workflow and practice growth.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value-added services to clients.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience within public accounting.
• Strong experience reviewing complex individual, corporate, partnership and trust/estate tax returns.
• Strong federal and multi-state tax knowledge.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices and privately held businesses.
• Confident client-facing skills with the ability to advise senior-level clients.
• Strong leadership, communication and mentoring ability.
