Four-Season Travel is a rapidly growing tourism operator that provides charter bus services, inbound and outbound tour operations, and bus maintenance. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service, top-of-the-line buses, and exceptional tour experience for all travel needs.

We are seeking Senior Accounting Lead to join our team to oversee our financial department. The ideal Accounting Manager candidate should possess strong leadership and analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), and experience managing accounting teams and processes, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance regulations.

Duties:

• Lead all accounting functions including Cash, AP, AR, Payroll, GL, BS, cash flow management and forecasting, monthly, and yearly close, asset management, and financial reporting (internal and external).
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal, state, and industry regulations.
• Oversee tax planning, preparation, and filing to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate the annual audit, including preparation of the financial statements and support schedules.
• Serve as the key point of contact for external financial partners such as CPA firms, banks, insurance brokers, and tax consultants.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff and enhance internal controls.
• Establish and maintain best practices, workflows, optimize financial systems and enhance team efficiency.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• 3+ years of financial management experience.
• Ability to manage and lead team members, work independently, and be responsive on a timely basis.
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Demonstrate strong Microsoft Excel Skills.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
