- 4 - 5 days per week, minimum 2 days per week
- 30 - 40 patients for clinic, 25 patients for joint injections
- Clinic setting
- Fluoroscopic x-ray, lumbar epidurals, joint injections required
- 1 day clinic procedures, 1 day joint injections
- Clinic open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
