What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years as a General Manager at a full-service property with 350+ rooms and $30M+ in annual revenue
- Demonstrated experience managing labor relations and union partnerships
- Proven success overseeing large-scale convention and conference operations
- Skilled in cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with ownership groups
- Solid commercial acumen with expertise in financial oversight and revenue optimization
- Passionate about creating a culture of service excellence and experienced in mentoring and developing high-performing teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Food & Beverage operations experience
- Hilton brand experience
- Local market experience

Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company and the Company's long-term incentive plan.
The annual salary range for this role is $260K - $280K and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
