E3 Coastal Advisors is a small local accounting firm with 5 full-time employees who specialize in small business and individual tax as well as accounting and advisory services for our clients. Our team is passionate about client service and helping our clients grow. We are hiring someone who is looking for a temporary job during tax season.

E3 Coastal Advisors is hiring an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for tax season. The dates are from Tuesday, February 6, 2024 through Thursday, April 18, 2024. This is a full time position for 11 weeks. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. We need someone that will commit to working the entire time period.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform administrative work assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office
• Scan supporting documents for tax returns
• Print, assemble, and mail tax returns to clients
• Answer phones
• Routine use of standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and postage machine
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Up-to-date with advancements in office equipment and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with databases
• Experience with multi-line phone systems

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
