What You’ll Do

• Handle a caseload focused primarily on construction defect litigation, with exposure to broader insurance defense matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and dispositive motions with confidence and precision
• Conduct and defend depositions involving experts, contractors, and key witnesses
• Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop effective litigation strategies
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and case management

What’s Offered

• Base salary range of $200,000+ depending on overall background
• Discretionary performance bonuses and origination credit
• Origination bonus equal to 25 percent of fees generated, excluding firm costs
• Unlimited PTO plus nine paid holidays
• Fully remote work arrangement with a flexible schedule
• Annual billable expectation of 1800 hours, with bonuses beginning above that threshold
• Strong paralegal and administrative support
