You’ll be supported by strong paralegal resources, collaborate directly with experienced partners, and work with major clients, including high-profile insurance carriers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload centered on construction defect litigation with exposure to general insurance defense matters
• Draft persuasive pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Conduct and defend depositions of experts, contractors, and witnesses
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Partner closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies
