Your role:
Automate CI/CD Workflows: Assist in building and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines to streamline software deployments, focusing on reducing manual intervention and improving "build-to-deploy" speed.
Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Work alongside senior engineers to develop and update Terraform or Ansible scripts, helping to provision and manage cloud resources across AWS, Azure, or GCP in a repeatable manner.
Enhance System Observability: Configure monitoring dashboards and alerting systems using tools like Datadog to track application health and proactively identify performance bottlenecks.
Containerization & Orchestration: Participate in the management of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes , ensuring services are scalable, portable, and resource efficient.
Troubleshooting & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug environment-level issues and maintain high-quality technical documentation for internal developer platforms and best practices.
Agentic AI & Orchestration R&D: Research and prototype autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning to handle complex DevOps manual tasks—such as automated incident remediation, self-correcting CI/CD pipelines, and agentic code reviews—using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen or Semantic Kernel to move from "human-in-the-loop" to "human-on-the-loop" oversight.
What you bring to the role:
Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program. Juniors or seniors are preferred.
Cloud & Automation Fundamentals: Basic foundational knowledge of Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and the ability to write basic modular code using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible to manage virtualized resources.
CI/CD & Container Orchestration: Proficiency in the software delivery lifecycle, including experience with Git version control, building Docker images, and a conceptual understanding of Kubernetes for managing scalable, containerized microservices.
AI Frameworks & LLM Orchestration: Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen), including an understanding of prompt engineering, function calling, and how to build autonomous agents that interact with external APIs.
Observability & Systems Thinking: Ability to interpret system telemetry using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana to identify performance trends, coupled with the analytical skills required to troubleshoot complex, distributed environment issues.
Scripting & Prototyping: Strong programming skills in Python (the primary language for AI R&D) or Bash/Shell, with the ability to quickly prototype "self-healing" scripts or R&D agents that automate repetitive manual tasks.
Agile Collaboration & Technical Writing: Excellent communication skills to work within a Scrum/Agile framework and the ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear, high-quality documentation for the global developer community.
This posting will remain live for at least 3 days. After that, the posting may be removed at any time. We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible.
