Blue United Sourcing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a rehab team at a skilled nursing facility in Atascadero. You’ll play a key role in helping residents rebuild independence, improve daily function, and navigate their recovery with confidence.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to each patient’s needs
- Create and adjust treatment plans to support functional progress
- Work closely with nursing and therapy teams to coordinate care
- Complete documentation in line with facility and regulatory standards
- Build trust with patients through consistent, quality interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Active California OT license
- SNF or rehab experience is a plus
- Solid clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach
- A team player who shows up with consistency and professionalism
