Position: HR Recruitment Specialist
Compensation: $22-32/hr (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
The HR Recruitment Specialist is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources departments. They will work side by side with the Talent Acquisition Director and HR Manager to ensure both departments are fulfilling hiring needs and employee relations. The HR Recruitment Specialist will contribute to both recruitment and human resource projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates.
- Ensures swift communication with all applicants
- Maintains ATS and ensures that all jobs are up to date and applicants are being reviewed in a timely manner
- Attracts candidates by placing job advertisements on various job boards and social media outlets.
- Conducts phone interviews to determine if candidates meet the required qualifications to move onto an interview with the hiring manager
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and setting up virtual interviews.
- Attend recruiting events and speak with prospective candidates about career opportunities with Ensemble Therapy.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive rates and benefits
- Conducting onboarding program
- Sending out offer letters to prospective employees
- Milestone anniversary management and birthday announcements
- Manage the annual review schedule and coordinate with managers and department leads
- Assistance with compliance management company-wide (policies, procedures, etc.)
- Various HR administrative tasks as needed (these tasks are subject to change based on company needs)
- HRIS data compliance, securing talent personnel electronic files, obtaining consent and conducting audits
Requirements
- Ability to travel to recruitment events in San Bernardino County, including Palm Desert.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruiter.
- 1 year of HR experience preferred
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
Position Benefits:
