Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week. Statement of Qualifications
Please provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the hiring manager’s review. Applications received without an SOQ or those that do not respond to the specific questions below will not be considered. The SOQ must be typed, titled “Statement of Qualifications,” and each response must be numbered and list all relevant experience, education, and training, including places of employment, dates, and duties performed. The SOQ must not exceed one page in length and must have Size 11, Arial Font.- Describe your experience as a Systems Tester including developing and implementing test plans, test cases and test processes. Please provide an example.
- Describe your experience that shows the ability to work fluidly between independent and team roles, under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects that require shifting between tasks, priorities, and solutions.
Desirable Qualifications
In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
- Knowledge of Test Methodologies, Test phases, Test levels and Test types
- Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Two to Four years of experience with creating test data and developing and executing test scripts from requirements.
