Momentum is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to our clients, enabling them to live comfortably and independently in their homes. As a Caregiver, you'll play a crucial role in improving the lives of those we serve while fostering a sense of belonging, dignity, and fulfillment.
Salary: $17.75 - $18.25 per hour

Schedules Available:
- 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, varying days, including weekends and holidays
- 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM, varying days, including weekends and holidays
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Medication Reminders: Help clients with medication reminders, ensuring they take their medications as prescribed
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks as per the client's dietary requirements
- Companionship : Engage in meaningful conversations, provide emotional support, and participate in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks
- Transportation : Assist clients with transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the care coordinator
- Respect for Dignity : Ensure that all care is provided with respect for the client's dignity and independence
Caregiver Qualifications:
- The minimum age requirement of 18 years
- A high school diploma or equivalent is a mandatory prerequisite
- Direct Support Professional I and / or II certification is a preferred qualification
- Effective and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues
- Successful completion of all post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including but not limited to a comprehensive criminal background check, drug screening, and documentation of eligibility to work in the United States
- Physical capabilities to perform tasks such as running, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, and transferring individuals
Additional Information:
- The sign-on Bonus will be paid in two payments. The first payment will be made after 90 days of employment and the second payment will be made after 6 months of employment.
