💵 Great Pay: $18.50 - $19.25/hr (based on a skills test)

Scheduling That Works Around You :
Whether you’re looking for a full-time gig or part-time hours to balance with your family, school, or other commitments, we’ve got options:
🕓 Must be available at least 16 hours/week
📅 Weekend and weekday shifts available

Where You’ll Work:
Care happens in the community, primarily in Vallejo, Benicia, Fairfield, Suisun, and occasionally Vacaville. Our office is in Vacaville, but you’ll only come in for your interview, onboarding, check-ins, or celebrations. Most of your time will be out with clients, doing what you do best.

What You’ll Be Doing:
🧹 Companion Care: Light housekeeping, meals, rides, and quality time
🛁 Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, and hygiene
👥 Connection: Creating joy, sharing stories, and making a difference
📋 Professionalism: Clear communication, compassion, and reliability
📃Other tasks as indicated by Care Plan

A Few Must-Haves:
✔ At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
✔ Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
✔ Proof of insurance + vehicle registration
✔ Negative TB test (within past 3 months)
✔ Willingness to complete a background check
✔ Experience with personal care tasks such as showering, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care is a must
✔ Proficient in English
