Job Title: Molding Technician I
Location: Fairfield, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift Options:
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Position Summary
The Molding Technician I supports the Production Department by assisting senior-level technicians with daily manufacturing operations. This entry-level role is designed to develop technical skills through hands-on training, close supervision, and progressive responsibility in molding operations, quality inspection, and safety compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with daily molding and production activities.
- Learn and apply company quality standards by inspecting molded parts for defects.
- Review quality processes and identify potential quality concerns under supervision.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines.
- Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
- Participate in the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials (HazMat) in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Support production goals while adhering to quality and safety standards.
