With 20 open locations and nearly 370 licenses sold, SWTHZ is focused on accelerating the world's adoption of contrast therapy through private suite experiences harnessing the power of infrared sauna, cold plunge, & vitamin C infused showers! What you'll do: Guest (Intro) Experience and New Membership Enrollment-Executes the relationship-based sales model with each intro and passionately relates how SweatHouz products/services will satisfy their needs and goals.
-Tours potential members through the studio and describes the facilities, services and amenities that directly tie back to the intros individual needs and goals.
-Communicates membership options in a clear and concise manner.
-Effectively and professionally enrolls guests using company sales techniques and protocol.
-On-boards new members successfully and assists with all member retention activities in order to drive club profitability.
-Consistently achieves or exceed personal and team sales goals. Prospecting and Lead Generation
-Responsible for effectively setting appointments for all leads and potential new business opportunities.
-Manages and follows up on leads/new business by using Axel.
-Executes daily plan for successful lead management and selling activities.
-Consistently achieve or exceed personal productivity goals. Benefits:
