Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• No new graduates. Minimum recent clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy required.
• Experience providing evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting in compliance with state and payer guidelines.
• Ability to perform functional, goal-directed treatment programs and write letters of medical necessity as indicated.
• Experience supervising or delegating tasks to therapy assistants or students preferred.

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5x8.
