Position Available: Medical Director of Hematology & Oncology

Location: Palm Springs, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director for Hematology & Oncology to lead and shape our oncology program while maintaining an active clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for employed medical oncologists and hematologists, ensuring the delivery of exemplary, high-quality care.
• Coordinate and implement best practices across multiple practice sites.
• Ensure appropriate physician and APP coverage across all sites.
• Engage in community outreach and fundraising efforts to support the program.
• Collaborate with Cancer Center, health system, and organizational leaders on:
  • Program development and expansion.
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of staff.
  • Clinical quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Oncology required.
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical or administrative role preferred.
• Strong commitment to innovation, collaboration, and community engagement.
